Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and the best possible service for all clients, the following booking policy applies to all consultations, support sessions, and project meetings. Booking Confirmation All appointments must be booked through our website or approved communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Guadit. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be declined or treated as a cancellation at Guadit's discretion. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid and may require a new booking to be made. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a scheduled meeting, consultation, or support session, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. Significant delays may require the appointment to be rescheduled. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Technical Issues If a virtual meeting cannot proceed due to technical issues on Guadit's side, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required meeting platform. Policy Changes Guadit reserves the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings. By booking an appointment with Guadit, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy.
